Bee’s Knees by Cookie and Kate 

½ oz honey syrup

1 oz lemon juice or ½ medium lemon

2 oz gin

lemon twist for garnish

  1. Make honey simple syrup by mixing equal parts honey and water (2 tbsp each for a few cocktails) and heating it on the stovetop until dissolved.

  2. Before juicing the lemon, peel off a strip of rind for your twist

  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in honey syrup, lemon juice and gin. Shake until cold, about 30 seconds

  4. Strain the drink into a coupe or martini glass. Twist the lemon peel over the cocktail to release some of the oils, then drop it in. Enjoy while cold


Sparkling Grapefruit Paloma with Lime

Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit 

2 oz tequila 

1-2 wedges of lime

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice 

  2. Pour in 2 oz Tequila 

  3. Add 1 small 6.8 oz bottle Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit 

  4. Squeeze a wedge of lime in the drink and drop it in. Alternatively, add a wedge of grapefruit

  5. Stir and enjoy!
